1. Acceptance of the terms

By using the Areeb Digital website areebd.sa or any of the apps and platforms published by Areeb Digital ("the Company"), including the Nas Life platform ("the Services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and by the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Services.
• You are responsible for the accuracy of your account information, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account.
• We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or applicable laws.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Services to:

• Violate the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the rights of others.
• Post content that is abusive, misleading or fraudulent, or that infringes intellectual property or privacy.
• Impersonate any person or entity, or collect users' data without permission.
• Attempt to hack, disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the Services or their systems.
• Sell goods or services prohibited by law or by app store policies through the marketplace.

4. Content you post

You retain ownership of the content you post and grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, display and distribute it as needed to operate and improve the Services. You alone are responsible for your content, and we may remove content that violates these terms without prior notice.

5. Transactions between users

Where the Services (such as the marketplace in Nas Life) allow users to communicate or buy and sell from one another, the Company only provides the medium. It is not a party to those transactions and does not guarantee the quality of goods or services, the safety of the parties, or the completion of any deal, unless expressly stated otherwise. 6. Intellectual property

The Services, their design, logos, software and original content belong to Areeb Digital or its licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. They may not be copied, modified or redistributed without prior written permission.

7. Payments and subscriptions

If the Services include paid features, prices, payment terms and refund conditions will be shown clearly before purchase, and purchases made through app stores are also subject to the stores' policies. [Legal review required]

8. Disclaimer

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or freedom from errors, to the extent permitted by law.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, the Company is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, or loss of profits or data, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services. [Legal review required]

10. Termination

You may stop using the Services and delete your account at any time (see the Support page). We may suspend or terminate the Services in whole or in part for violations of these terms or for operational or legal reasons.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and the competent judicial authorities in Jeddah have jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them. [Legal review required]

12. Changes

We may amend these terms from time to time. Amendments take effect from the date they are published on this page, and continued use of the Services after that constitutes acceptance.
